Once It Leaves Our Hands

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for any delays, lost, or damaged packages. That said, if something goes wrong, please email us. We don't bite!

 

Damages and issues

Please check your order when it arrives and let us know right away if anything is damaged, defective, or not what you expected.

 

Exchanges

Need a different item? The quickest way is to return your original item, and once it’s accepted, place a new order for the one you want.

 

Refunds

We’ll let you know as soon as we’ve received and checked your return. If your refund is approved, it’ll be processed back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Just a heads-up—it may take a little extra time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If it’s been more than 7 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t seen it yet, please reach out to us ASAP.
